National Storage sought Vivo Group's expertise to enhance its online booking process. Research revealed users struggled with size calculations, leading to drop-offs. As a Junior Product designer, I collaborated on a seamless booking experience, increasing online bookings by 15%. I also refreshed National Storage's brand guidelines with the supervision of the lead designer (Lisa Judge), well-received by both the client and their customers.
